Targeted Growth is ideal for groups of high-value leaders who wish to supercharge their skills.
Early Career Leadership Excellence
Minimum of 4 leaders.
Leadership Excellence is a 12 week program that helps junior and mid-level leaders build core skills and develop key growth areas through 1:1 coaching combined with hands-on applied and active learning activities.
Leadership Excellence is ideal for groups of leaders who are early in skill development and will benefit from a broader coaching experience.
Valued Leader
1 or more leaders.
The Valued Leader program is a highly-focused, 12 or 16 week program that focuses on helping high-value leaders overcome critical roadblocks or develop important growth areas to unlock their full potential as leaders. This program relies on 1:1 coaching and highly-focused practice and feedback.
Valued Leader is ideal for individual or small groups of high-value leaders who can benefit from an intensive coaching experience to overcome roadblocks or develop key skills to allow them to achieve their full potential.
Inclusive Teams
Minimum of 4 leaders.
The Inclusive Teams program is a 16 week program that helps leaders at any level build insight and skills around developing inclusive teams and managing across differences. The program is heavily oriented toward activities to develop self and other awareness and practice recognizing and addressing barriers to inclusive teams.
Inclusive Teams is ideal for any organization that wishes to develop open and inclusive teams throughout the organization.
